All the Takacat Series Boats are lightweight, versatile, extremely durable, portable, and ultra-compact making these boats easily transportable wherever you go.
The unique tapered & closed bow design of the Takacat Sport inflatable boat provides more traditional lines than the Takacat LX Series but still utilizes the same catamaran hull configuration and features. The ideal inflatable boat tender provides a dry and stable platform with the Takacat element of practicality and enjoyment. The extra bow space and buoyancy really help maximize onboard space in this tiny boat.
With four tube chambers and a one-floor chamber, the Takacat T380S provides many safety merits that make it well suited to a wide variety of uses such as flood rescue, coach and support boats, and dive support boats. Still easily packable, but with enough storage and capacity to really make sense to bring one of these along. A longer waterline offers big advantages for planing and performance when the boat is loaded with gear or when using a small outboard with a light load on board.

The Takacat Sport Series boats feature a revolutionary, and completely removable, Tube Transom®. The sleek and minimal Tube Transom® design makes the boat about 15 lbs lighter than traditional inflatable boats. Because the transom can be completely removed, Takacat packs down significantly smaller as compared to other inflatable boats. Easily packs down into 2 lightweight storage carry bags. Simply put it in the back of your car or easily store it anywhere. All storage bags are vented.

☑ Fast-Draining Open Bow and Tube Transom®
The unique fast-draining removable open Tube Transom® not only allows for easy portability but also means fast draining.
☑ Durable Hull
All Takacat boat models are single seamed making less and are available in both PVC and Hypalon fabric construction. Standard tubes are fabricated from durable custom-made 0.9mm, 1000 denier PVC. All PVC Takacats have welded tubes and all Hypalon Takacats have glued tubes within Asia & Middle East.
☑ Tapered Bow for Easier Boarding
While the Takacat Sports bow is not open like the LX the tube does taper down to an 11" diameter which allows for easier boarding than a traditional inflatable boat with uniform-sized diameter tubes.
☑ Deeper Bow for More Storage and Buoyancy
The Takacat Sport series boats have a closed bow which creates a bit of a pocket that allows you to carry more gear and store more weight in the bow for a balanced ride. In the shorter model boats like the T260S and T300S the Sport model the closed bow allows for a bit more buoyancy to allow passengers to sit farther forward without the worry of getting wet.
