Shipping Policy

We specialize in oversized and heavy products, including boats, docks, lifts, and marine accessories. Because of the size and weight of many items we sell, shipping methods and rates vary by product and destination.

We work hard to negotiate the most competitive freight rates possible and communicate clearly before processing your order.

1. Free Shipping Offers

Free Shipping (Lower 48 States)

Free shipping on most inflatable watercraft orders over $200 (excluding certain brands listed below).

Accessories ship free when purchased with a watercraft.

Accessories purchased separately ship for $25 (unless otherwise noted).

Free shipping promotions apply to the lower 48 U.S. states only.

2. Flat-Rate & Freight Shipping

Many oversized items ship via freight carrier and have flat-rate shipping based on brand, size, and region.

Freight rates are listed below by brand. These rates apply to deliveries within the lower 48 states unless otherwise specified.

Due to fluctuations in freight carrier rates for oversized items, certain remote or limited-access locations may require a custom freight quote. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before processing payment.

If you are ordering large quantities or multiple oversized items, please contact us — we are happy to work to secure better freight rates on your behalf.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Most in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days.

Some items may take up to 5 business days to ship.

Transit time within the U.S. typically ranges from 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

After placing your order:

You will receive an order confirmation email.

Your credit card is pre-authorized at checkout.

If an item is unavailable or backordered, we will void the authorization and notify you by email.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

4. Locations We Ship To

United States

We ship to the lower 48 states.

We do not typically ship to:

Alaska
Hawaii
APO/FPO addresses

However, exceptions may be available. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Canada

Canadian customers must contact us for a shipping quote.
All taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
