Shipping

 We have seen a sharp increase in shipping rates both within the U.S. and abroad. Unfortunately this has affected our Free Shipping and Flat Rate shipping programs. Depending on your location, there may be additional shipping charges needed prior to shipping your order. Our staff will reach out to you directly if this is the case. If you would like to know prior to making a purchase please call customer service at 833.582.6287 or email us at info@lightasairboats.com. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope shipping rates will return to normal soon.

Also, please reach out to us if you are ordering large or multiple items.  We will work to get lower shipping on your behalf.

As soon as you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed the next day.   If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.  Typically most products are in-stock, with items shipped within 2-3 business days.  Depending on where you are in the U.S. transit time is 3-9 days.

We will email a tracking number to you.

Domestic U.S. Shipping is within the lower 48 states.  Shipping Costs are $55 for most watercraft.  Accessories ship free when purchased with watercraft.  Accessories purchased separately are $25*.   

Limited time offer, free shipping on most inflatable watercraft orders over $200 in the lower 48 states  *except for certain brands as noted below*.  

We do not typically ship to:  Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Address.  There are some exceptions.  Please call our office if you would like a quote.

Canadian customers please call the office for a shipping quote.  Taxes & duties are paid by the customer.
