All Scout Inflatable boats including the Scout 245 are made of the latest generation of PVC 1,100 denier (0.9mm) PVC fabric with polyester support which offers excellent abrasion and tear resistance.
Scout Inflatables 245 Scout is light and easy to manage from your yacht or launch. Its transoms are made with marine plywood and coated with tough 0.9mm, 1100 Denier PVC fabric then fitted with outboard/electric motor protection plates.
This boat has extra large pontoons for added buoyancy and is capable of carrying three people. Extra thick rubber straking has also been added under the rear portion of the pontoons allowing you to lift and drag the boat up onto rough surfaces such as shelly beaches.

All Scout Inflatable boats can be easily packed down into a lightweight storage carry bag and simply put in the back of your car.
☑ Internal Bung System
Scout Inflatables 245 Scout has an internal bung system that can be opened and closed easily.
☑ Pontoon Tube Protection
Scout Inflatables 245 Scout includes an 8” (20cm) wide pontoon base strake to protect the length of the boat. This protects the boat should it be dragged across abrasive surfaces such as rocks or broken shells.
☑ Drop-Stitch Air Floor
The Air Floor is an integral part of the Scout Inflatables 245 Scout design. It offers rigidity to the boat design and affords you great stability. The lightweight, removable high-pressure air floor system is constructed using the latest drop stitch technology.
