Empex Watertoys® is a dedicated water park equipment manufacturer established in 1986. They design and manufacture rugged splash pad and water park equipment strictly from composite, rugged plastics with restricted metal components that are a great deal lighter than steel. This permits them to offer a lifetime guarantee against corrosion.
Empex Watertoys® offers complete design services for indoor and outdoor waterparks and aquatic playgrounds, with or without standing water. Concept layouts and budget costs are provided free of charge.
The Aquadek T410-3S is a slide support structure with one 4ft (1.2mm) deck platform which provides a deck and two cantilever adequately supported on horizontal members to provide a load capacity of 100lb/sqft.
Empex signature curvilinear stairs shall provide access to a double-open triple-rail slide and two four-foot wave slides.
A water supply manifold shall be supplied to adapt to a central 4” (102mm) water feed supplied by others. The manifold will provide two (2) supply feeds with individual valves for flow control. The manifold will provide water flow to four spray features; a spiral spray on the flagpole structure, an aquashroom-multiple 180° nozzle laminar spray, an aquashower-multi nozzle spray head that delivers a large soft shower and aquafall-a large single stream of water.

Lighter than metal, the features do not require complicated foundations or embedded anchors and are simply bolted to the pool slab after the water connection is made. This greatly simplifies the concrete pour and the features are installed after the pool is clean and complete, reducing construction wear and tear.
