Warranty

Eahora's limited 1-YEAR warranty covers all Eahora bikes. All components and parts are promised zero material, quality, and workmanship defective. They will provide replacement item(s) for free if there's such issue(s) to find during the warranty period.
The Warranty Period begins (no need to register) upon your receipt of the ebike and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period.

☑ Do you ship the Romeo to Québec, Canada? What is the shipping cost?
Thank you for being interested in our Romeo and Juliet. We have both of them in stock in our Canadian warehouse. You can click in the head navigation about the Canadian shipping details.
☑ How can the seat of the Romeo bike be raised up? Would need it to be higher.
The seat height of our Romeo is not adjustable. The only solution is to replace it with a thicker seat.
☑ What is the top speed of the pedal assist and throttle?
According to our real-world test, the Romeo can reach up to 27 mp - 29 mph (the Romeo Pro is 29 mph - 32 mph) for both pedal assist and throttle. The test rider weighs 165 lbs and rides on a paved surface.
☑ Do you accept installments?
Eahora offers payment options through Paypal and Klarna, both of which facilitate monthly payments.
