Warranty
Eahora's limited 1-YEAR warranty covers all Eahora bikes. All components and parts are promised zero material, quality, and workmanship defective. They will provide replacement item(s) for free if there's such issue(s) to find during the warranty period.
The Warranty Period begins (no need to register) upon your receipt of the ebike and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period.

Juliet Pro uses spring shock absorbers, which can provide customers with riding comfort and stability when encountering a peak slope, improving safety.
☑ Does the display have a USB charing port?

It is equipped with half throttle.
☑ Are there any new features added to the bike?
The Juliet Pro display has a P gear start-stop function. When it is activated, you need to press the brake for 1 second. If the car is stationary for 30 seconds, the safety protection function will be automatically turned on. To use it again, you need to press the brake for one second to unlock it.
☑ The front shock absorbers of many electric bicycles are very hard, and I'm very worried about the riding experience. Has there been any upgrade to the front shock absorber of the Juliet Pro?
Yes, compared with Juliet, the front fork of Juliet Pro has been upgraded. It is adjustable and it adopts a mode combining air and spring. When it is adjusted to the limit, its rebound speed is very slow, effectively enhancing the comfort and experience of the rider.
