Eahora's limited 1-YEAR warranty covers all Eahora bikes. All components and parts are promised zero material, quality, and workmanship defective. They will provide replacement item(s) for free if there's such issue(s) to find during the warranty period.
The Warranty Period begins (no need to register) upon your receipt of the ebike and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period.

After replacing the new brand controller, the maximum temperature resistance increases from 90 to 120 degrees, and diffuse holes are added to the controller installation location.
☑ How good is the suspension of Romeo Ultra?
The front and rear shock absorbers are the same as the previous Romeo pro.
☑ Does the Romeo Ultra have two pistons? How is it different from the previous four pistons?
The oil brake caliper is a 2-piston one. Compared with the previous one, the disc is 3.0*240mm. The disc is larger and the brake pad is wider. The braking area is increased. The sintering process is more wear-resistant.
