Built Dakota tough, this 36V (volt) lithium trolling motor battery package gives you the power to fish from morning to night. Engineered with Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePo4) technology this battery set has twice the power, half the weight, and lasts 8 times longer than a sealed lead acid battery - providing exceptional lifetime value. Backed up by a best in class 11 year warranty. 100Ah (amp hours) of capacity is optimal for power hungry 36V trolling motors. Ideal for deep cycle applications in marine environments where you need lots of power for a long time. 36V 8A LiFePO4 charger is recommended (Sold Separate). Add a Connect-Ease trolling motor connection kit for hassle free charging and installation.
SPECIFICATIONS
11 Year Warranty
World beating, best in class, eleven year manufacturer defect warranty.
Storage Capacity
100 Ampere hours (Ah). Dakota Lithium batteries provide consistent power for all 100 Amp hours. DL LiFePO4 batteries have a flat voltage curve, which means they have a steady power output as the battery discharges. The power output will not dramatically drop like similar sized SLA batteries. You get all the juice down to the last drop.
Voltage
38.2V (three 12.8V batteries to be wired in series)
Energy
1280 Watt-hours (Wh) per battery
Terminals
M8 bolt size. Easy to adapt to different connection needs. (Max torque 15 ft. lbs.)
Size
10.23"L x 6.60"W x 8.66"H (260mm x 169mm x 215mm) (220mm to top of terminal) Group 24 equivalent.
Weight
27.55 lbs (12.5Kg). That's 60% lighter than a SLA battery.
Lifecycles (battery lifespan)
Up to 80% capacity for 5,000 cycles in recommended conditions. The typical SLA has 500 cycles. Dakota Lithium batteries last so long that the price per use is a fraction of traditional batteries.
Operating temperature
Ideal for rugged & harsh environments. Much better than SLA or other lithium’s. -20°F min, +120°F max optimal operating temps (battery performs well down to -20°F).
Discharge
100A max continuous, 200A max pulse 10 second pulse. The flat discharge voltage curve provides a 75% bigger capacity then a SLA 100Ah battery.
Charge50A max, 14V max recommended, 15V max.
Includes active BMS protection
Contains a circuit that handles cell balancing, low voltage cutoff, high voltage cutoff, short circuit protection and temperature protection for increased performance and longer life.
Recommended Charger
36V 8A LiFePO4 charger (Sold Separate)
Certifications
All batteries are UN38 certified. Dakota Lithium's cells are UL1642 certified and have been tested per IEC62133 standards. Meets all US & International regulations for air, ground, train, & marine transport.
ISO 9001:2015
Dakota Lithium is ISO Certified per 9001:2015 standards, and select models are produced in ISO 14001 certified facilities.
Internal Even-Heat Technology
helps protect the battery when charging in cold temperatures. When the battery is charged in temperatures below 0°C (32°F), the internal heating element warms the cells to 5°C (41°F), reducing the risk of damage to the battery cells during charging in cold conditions
Connect Ease Wiring Kit Recommended
This battery package is a set of 12V batteries to be wired in series. Connect ease wiring kits provide easy installation and quick removal for charging.
OPTIONAL EXTRA

This 36V lithium charger is rated at 8 amps and will charge a 36V 60Ah battery in <8 hours or a 36V 100 Ah battery in <12 hours.
