The BLU3 Diving Systems rechargeable battery (Model: TLH-INR18650HE4-144) is tested and certified for air transport in accordance with Part III, Sub-section 38.3 of the UN Manual of Tests and Criteria (see separate UN transportation certificate). 

BLU3 Nomad Components

Choose between a dry bag float or floatation tube for added buoyancy and visibility when using Nomad.

☑ Dry Bag Float or Flotation Tube
The Nomad comes with the versatile Dry Bag Float, which offers buoyancy, visibility, and waterproof storage. This included accessory features two air reservoirs that can be easily inflated by mouth, providing an impressive 44 lb of buoyancy. It also features a convenient waterproof compartment for storing your dry items during your dive.

☑ The Battery Pack
Nomad is powered by a 14.4 volt, 86 watt-hour lithium ion battery pack. A waterproof connector
provides for easy swapping of the Battery for unlimited diving time. The time duration of the Battery varies
depending on the air consumption and depth of the user. Typically a fully charged Battery will last between will last
between between 40 to 80 minutes per standard Nomad battery charge.

Enjoy the view a little longer. Nomad delivers 45–60 minutes of typical dive time per standard battery, at depths up to 30 feet.

☑ The Smart Reg™
Patented Smart Reg™ technology senses your inhale and signals the compressor to deliver air when you need it. That’s what makes Nomad so compact and energy-efficient.

Here’s how it works: A silicone diaphragm inside the Smart Reg™ moves when the diver breathes. A waterproofed sensor measures the diaphragm movement – it then sends an electronic signal which triggers the compressor to pump air at exactly the time and speed that the diver is inhaling.

A backup air supply is recommended in all methods of diving. It’s especially important for our novice divers to be prepared with a method for a slow and safe ascent in every circumstance. Spare Air® is the smallest redundant SCUBA system available with enough air to get you to the surface in an “out-of-air” situation.

Age Limits:

☑ Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian supervision at all times.

All Users must be able to:
