As a Hybrid, The Tomahawk functions more like a Canoe than a Kayak.
It has the depth for storage as other canoes. It is not suitable for standing fishing.

Frankly, I was sceptical about inflatable kayaks at first. Even more I was sceptical about this website. Suspiciously cheap, with free shipping zero tax. Oh boy, was I wrong.
It brought so much joy to my miserable life.
This thing is simply awesome. If you wanna try kayaking, go for it. I'm new to kayaking and it only took me about 1 hour to get used to it. You won't regret. This particular one is really good for a newbie like me.
I purchased this Tomahawk Air-K 375 and was very pleased with how fast lightasairboats shipped it. It arrived within just a few days, in great shape. They sent timely updates and tracking info, making the ordering process a great experience. When it arrived, I had no issues getting it in the back of the car. Once I got it to the water, it was really fast and easy to set up. I bought an electric pump that I can set to fill to 10 psi, but honestly after seeing how fast it inflated, you could get by with the included hand pump. The boat was ready to go in less than 10 minutes, and was far more rigid than I expected - very close in rigidity to a hardshell. It's stable enough for a beginner, and narrow enough to be fun for a more experienced paddler. It felt a little slower to paddle than my hardshell kayak (as I expected), but moved and tracked well. Deflating it after was easy, and I didn't experience any of the typical "I'll never get all the air out" issues that come with cheap pool floaties and such. Got it packed with no issues - which was a relief to see that it actually does easily go back in the bag - and was on my way back home. Take care of it, and it should last a long time. I'm happy with the purchase and the product.
