I've only used this pump once so far, it did good and I like it. It took about 10 minutes to fully inflate a 12 foot long six inch thick SUP to 13 lbs. pressure.
This electric pump took about 9 minutes to pump my board. You preset the psi you want (for me, 15 psi) and push the start button. It starts off with a quieter inflation to blow in the air, then the louder motor kicks in to pump the last 10 or so psi’s. That part takes awhile but it’s so worth it. In the meantime, you can gather the rest of your gear and set up.
This high pressure (capable of up to 20 PSI), electric air pump is much faster and more convenient than using a manual, dual action hand pump to inflate my inflatable kayak. It takes me less than 10 minutes to fully inflate or deflate my kayak using this electric air pump.
Easy to use. Just set the dial on the air pump to the desired pressure. It will inflate until the desired pressure is reached and automatically stop
